Treated Like a King Until I Bought a Car - Then Tossed Aside Purchased a used 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited and the process was clean. Two hours later, I was walking out of the dealership. Fast forward to registering the vehicle, a mistake was made in overvaluing the sales price and I had to pay an extra $200 on sales tax. Alerted Sunny, the rep that handled my paperwork of the mistake and he said he'd look into it. Here we are a full month later, and he's no longer replying to my emails asking for a resolution. I've had no choice but to file a charge-back with my credit card company in the hopes of getting back the $200 I am owed. Five minutes was all I was asking ... Be careful if you buy a car from this dealership. They will forget your name the second you sign your contract. More
