"Very Satisfied customer!!!"

Toyota of Braintree is the only place I would take my Toyota Sienna to get repaired. The customer service is excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable and actually listen to me and my concerns. My service representative is Mr. Huggins. He is always honest with me, never tries to sell me a repair that my car dosen’t need. Keeps me updated on the repairs and notifies me with the cost of the repair before doing the work. If I can’t afford to get all the work done, he suggests the work I should get done for safety and leaves the dicision up to me. If I need a loaner he gets one for me. The whole service department is on my side and provides me with an excellent experience. Toyota of Braintree #1.

"Immediate action taken to analyze problem"

I Brought truck in with no appointment. They took it immediately and put it on a lift. The mechanic and service rep brought me into the shop and showed me the problem. Since it was an exhaust problem needing welding they referred me to a shop that could take care of .. I was out the door in about 20 minutes and they did not charge me anything for the diagnosis. It doesn’t get much better than that.

I came to service department, I fell like I were disappear, no one bother to say hi or offer for help. A man who stood at cash register saw me, He started to yell out " we have customer here" then everyone started to look at me, and only Rich offered to helping me.
