Hi Michael, (This Eric at Toyota of Braintree). Since I don't know your last name based on this review ... is this regarding a trailer hitch on a Grand Highlander? If so, I understand that our parts department made a mistake by not ordering a critical component for the job. I am glad that the work got done at Tasca, and our apologies for the mistake on our end. The service director said something too about the fact that you had to pay for a Lyft back and forth. Can we make that right for you?

I sent them my $40 bill for the unnecessary ride shares due to their incompetence and never heard a thing back. Just DON'T do any business with Braintree Toyota. Tasca Toyota is just 10min away.

Hi - speaking to the service manager, the owner, and the salesperson that you tagged in the review, we are don't even know how to help you out here since we have no record to associate with this incident. (There was a similar Google review under the name D*** Amen****, but we don't have that individual in our system either. It sounds like you have had a very frustrating experience and and I would like to do what I can to help out and rectify things.
