You will be amazed with Toyota Braintree People who are so friendly. At first i came to visit just for the diagnostic of my car. And decided to buy my new car, eventually because of John who made me comfortable and patience with all my inquiries. Three words to describe amazing "John Augustave" he is so warmth, polite and friendly. If I will be grading his performance from 1-10 I will give him 10 as the highest. I am so absolutely satisfied for his service and performance as a dealer.

"Great convenience and service"

We have bought two cars from Toyota of Braintree and one from when the dealership was in Weymouth. Our purchase and maintenance experiences have all been good. Very recently brought in my vehicle for multi point inspection ahead of an upcoming road trip. I was quickly able to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. The service check was comprehensive and complimentary.. Appreciate the customer service from Sean Lheureux.

I bought 2 cars from Toyota of Braintree in 2013. My wife’s car lost its Bluetooth connection. I called Eric Francke, who helped us 4 years ago. He helped me over the phone to fix the Bluetooth issue. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. "I was sold a damaged "NEW" car."

Bought a "NEW" Rav4 in 2015. Tail light developed a leak. Brought in in for repair since it's covered under warranty. Service dept said the "original" part was not a factory stock part and I must have been in an accident or replaced it myself. I said that it was never in an accident and has always been serviced by the dealership. . Service manager said maybe your wife did it. He repeated that 4 times. I told him I was defrauded at the time of purchase. What else is wrong that I don't know about. Service manager said he will talk to the owner and find out what happened. He called back a few days later and denied anything happened to the car prior to my purchase of it. He said he will split the cost of the part and not charge labor to put it in. I reluctantly agreed. When the work was done they stiffed me on the price. Your ad says you use only "Genuine Toyota Parts". That's xxxxxxxx!!!

"tire dashboard light came on"

Called and was told just bring the car in. Tire warning light was on. Bought my replacement tires at Toyota of Braintree. Dropped car off and within 40 minutes was told no tire problem, air pressure was brought up to speed on all tires, no punctures - and the best part no charge. Thank you Toyota of Braintree

"14 years,only one bad experience"

Simple oil change turned into 2500 dollar repairs,told me they couldn't get skid plate off,came home smelt oil everywhere,checked oil,2 quart overfilled,called up and was told that's o.k.oil smell got worse,climbed under and found shop rags stuffed in skid plate pulled out 3 rags,then power steering starts leaking,brought in for repair and was told also need head gasket,coincidence? I think not,
