I found a car after going through all of my requirements with Shane, and it was more than I wanted for less than I wanted to pay! He and his coworkers also connected me with different insurance companies and financing options which was a big help to someone new to the east coast. Thank you so much! I love the car! More

I started in a used Camry and each time I go back I feel blessed to drive off the lot in a "upgrade". This time it was a new family car and I finally was able to obtain my highlander! I could not be more happy with my purchase. I felt at ease from the moment I started here at this dealer. I cannot imagine going to another Toyota dealer. I went in knowing what I wanted but wasn't sure if I would be able to obtain my goal. Ian was able to make my dreams come true and get me into exactly the car I wanted. Amazing to work with I went in today, 1/10/17, looking to trade in my car and purchase one with all wheel drive. Angel, who I've had great experiences with in the past, ma I went in today, 1/10/17, looking to trade in my car and purchase one with all wheel drive. Angel, who I've had great experiences with in the past, matched me up with Shane for my purchase. Shane was polite, kind, knowledge and made me feel at ease. I even teased Angel saying Shane was that much better than him and he was already amazing! Shane made me immediately comfortable, was easy to talk to, didn't push or pressure me and was thorough with walking me through everything. The test drive went smoothly, I loved the Venza and Shane and Angel's customer service only added to my confidence in purchasing the car. Shane helped me complete the paperwork and walked me it to Walace who walked through the finanace with me. I've also worked with Walace before and he too is amazing. Once everything was signed, Shane went completely out of his way and helped me clear out my car and trunk (so grateful) and saw me off. Honestly the 3 of them, Shane, Angel and Walace completed the experience with outstanding customer service and I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be referring friends and family to them! Thank you all!! More

I'm not very comfortable making large purchases, but Shane was very inviting and personable. He has only been on the job for two months, but he approached us and listened very well to our needs. He was straightforward and honest, and gave me some good pointers on using my new vehicle for Uber service, which he also does on the side. At the end of our transaction, he realized that the car had a remote starter installed which we hadn't been told about. He was like a kid on christmas when he surprised us with the feature, which was very endearing. It's hard to find a straight shooter when you're dealing with salesmen, but Shane is the real deal. Five stars, I would recommend him to any of my friends looking for a Toyota. More
