From the beginning, starting with the emails reminding me that my lease would be up soon to driving away in my new car, everything went SO smoothly. My salesman, Benson, was amazing!! He was a breath of fresh air. He walked me through all of the features in my car and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman, plus he is adorable! I dealt with Arthur, Kevin, Joey and Eric as well and all of them were fabulous and very helpful. Jose greeted me and as we talked he helped me see more options than I had originally thought. The atmosphere at the dealership was one of a team and I appreciated that. I had positive interactions with several people, some whose name I do not remember. In the end, and in addition to Jose, with the help of Mike and Kenny, I left there with the most "yummy" Toyota Corolla I have ever seen. Jose was so thoughtful and present to my needs as were the other people I engaged with, even understanding my need to get home before dark on Halloween. I will definitely go back to Toyota of Braintree and highly recommend it and Jose to anyone thinking about purchasing/leasing a new car. More

I had previously been in the shop for some work on my breaks and I had to return because I had caught a nail in my tire. She politely greeted me and told me not to worry because she had everything under control. I had to drop my car before I went to work and she was gracious enough to offer me a ride. I found that to be phenomenal. When the work on my vehicle was finished she charged me absolutely nothing because of the inconvenience I experienced when I had accidentally ran over a nail and had to return to Toyota so soon. She's the best! I want to work with her every single time I visit that branch of Toyota. Her generosity is how someone really creates repeat business. Great work Amanda! More

Purchased a work truck We bought a car back in September from Jordan. It was an awful day with my husbands car having issues & my car not working either. Jordan was amazing! I was able to drive the car off the lot that day! Fast forward to this past weekend & the band aid we put on my husbands car fell off & his car is dead. In another panic I called Jordan & told him our situation & budget. Within one hour I was sitting at his desk discussing our options. He selected a 2011 Toyota Tacoma & it was perfect. We had ladder racks & a tool box installed. My husband is all set for work. Once again Jordan came to our rescue. With two teenage sons we will definitely be back when they are looking for their first car. More
