I had a few follow up visits to make for small repairs and Joey was always taking the proactive approach and called me to let me know when the service garage was available to accommodate my visit. He even dropped his PERSONAL vehicle to my residence and picked my car up and brought to be serviced. That is immeasurable. I was a huge help and allowed me to carry on with my workday with no interruptions. I was very grateful. This has been, by far, the most pleasant vehicle buying experience to date. We originally started looking at "Chevrolet" trucks at a dealership in Gardner MA which turned out to be one of the worst vehicle buying experiences ever! Thankfully for this awful experience, we continued our search not only for "Chevrolet" trucks but also to include. "Toyota" trucks and came across a nice Toyota Tundra, with a great price, at Toyota of Braintree. Being from Worcester County, it was definitely worth the travel. Edward Walsh did a great job in introducing us to Jordan Lehfinger who provided excellent customer service with absolutely no pressure or haggling during our pleasant purchase experience. Having only owned "Chevrolet" trucks we are looking forward to our "Toyota"! More
