I give him a 10 out of 10 but since this was only rated 5 out of 5 then it is what it is. There should be more nice, intelligent men such as this one. I came into the dealership to buy a new vehicle. I wasn't sure what exactly what I wanted to get. I was introduced to Bob Wilfand, who was extremely pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I felt like it was important for me to feel comfortable about my purchase. Bob explained the difference between hybrid and a regular vehicle as I was interested in the hybrid Camry. I looked into the Avalon, and he priced both the Camry and the Avalon. We came to the conclusion, as I was about to retire, and that I did not drive as much as I used to that I might want to look at something a bit smaller. I spied the Corolla Sport. Bob explained all the standard options that this car came with. I opted to lease the vehicle. When the vehicle was not ready when promised Bob made arrangements for me to get a rental until mine was ready. I was accustomed to that kind of customer service with Lexus and is always appreciated. When my vehicle was ready Bob went over detail of it with me to make sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership, and assured me that if I had any reservations about anything he was only a phone call away. We had a great experience. We went in on a Tuesday night to look around and met with Erwin Amboy and got some information. We wanted to shop around a little more at other dealers, so we left that night and to look around and met with Erwin Amboy and got some information. We went to another Toyota dealership and had a terrible experience. We then went online to get some quotes through Truecar.com. We found a great quote from a dealer quite a distance from our town. We went back to tufankjian with that quote and Mark McElroy matched it on the spot. Everyone we dealt with that day was professional and helpful and I just can't say enough about the whole experience. Fantastic! More

I was dreading the car buying transaction. It has always been a long stressful ordeal for me. Luckily when I walked in Erwin was there to greet me. I had a lot of questions and a lot of options that Erwin been a long stressful ordeal for me. Luckily when I walked in Erwin was there to greet me. I had a lot of questions and a lot of options that Erwin was willing to help me go over. The best part is that we discussed these options as friends would. Debating back and forth and throwing ideas on the table. There are pros and cons to every situation and Erwin had the patience to go over ALL of them with me. I was very impressed with Erwin and his ability to stay calm and keep his sense of humor. I never saw an edge or any aggravation from him and with my back and forth decision making that is truly a miracle. I was still at the dealership pretty late into the evening and we were all tired, I think at that point we may have been delirious. Even though it was late Wallace also did a great job of making my time with him painless. He was fast and efficient and exactly how we needed to operate at that time of night. I want to thank both of them for their time and their effort in making this an enjoyable experience. More

One of my good friends bought a brand new Toyota Camry and she was telling me how good her experience was with the Salesman Tom Kent, she told me that there was no pressure to buy from anybody at the deal and she was telling me how good her experience was with the Salesman Tom Kent, she told me that there was no pressure to buy from anybody at the dealership; since she knew that I was looking for a car myself, she recommended me to call Tom Kent which I did and left him a message. He (Tom) returned my call very early in the morning the day after Thanksgiving and I made an appointment to come and see him; I explained to him my situation that my credit wasn't very good and that I had very little to put down, he told me that it wasnt a problem that they will find a way to get me into a car. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership it was just like my friend had said no pressure at all. We met Tom and he found the best used car for me. The overall experience was phenominal, Walace Langame (finance) was so profesional and outstanding, he found the best possible rate that he could get me; it was originaly 14% and he was able to bring it down to 1.9% (WOW!), I could not believe it, even with my problematic credit, he was able to work that deal out (Hallelujah, thank you Jesus!). I would definately recommend Braintree Toyota to all my friends and family. More
