One of the best selling features, was after my girlfrined and I had taken a test drive, he left us alone, and went back inside, to let us talk about it, without any pressure. We both talked about how considerate he was, and how that one little thing, may have been the thing to help me make up my mind, along with the price. He seems to know the product line, as all of my questions were answered. The dealership handled all of the registration and insurance transfer for me, which saved me a lot of time and hassle at the registry, I'm sure. Eduardo was well knowledge in the Toyota/Scion relationship and was informative in how Scion is geared more toward the younger generation. The “pure price” allowed for an easy decision in knowing the exact price, and financing options before arriving at the dealership. Eduardo took his time and wanted to be sure I knew all the facts before making the final decision. Overall I had a great experience! It was with great excitement when I recently saw the Scion Dealership in Braintree, MA. The sales associate at that time was Mr. Eduardo Vivas. I contacted Mr. Vivas and inquired if the Tufankjian Dealership would be receiving any inventory of the new limited Series 10 Edition. Mr. Vivas was able to reserve a Series 10 Scion TC for me, and the following day we met in person and I committed to leasing this vehicle. Throughout the whole process from the initial phone call to the time we signed the paperwork, Mr. Vivas answered all my questions. Mr. Vivas is very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the highest standards you would want in a sales environment. I truly felt Mr. Vivas treated me with courtesy and as a loyal customer. I recently purchased a used Tacome from Tufankjian. I found the car on the Internet, called in, and made an appointment for 10:00 am. I pulled in at 10:02 and Tony was right there waiting for me. The truck was exactly as advertised and spotlessly detailed. Tony showed me around the vehicle and went with me on the test ride while simultaneously having my trade in appraised. This minimized the waiting time. After the test drive we went into the building, which is squeakily clean and modern. Within minutes Tony had numbers in front of me for my trade in and the Tacoma. There was zero pressure. I made a counter offer, which Tony countered, and in the end I think we both got good deals. After running my credit and getting the monthly payment, I opted to have a remote start installed, and they were able to do it on the spot. I drove home with the car. 3 business days later my registration was in hand. This was by far the easiest experience I've had buying a car. I will definitely go back to Tufankjian and recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. More

The sales staff was very patient as I methodically looked at different vehicles to see all the options available. I worked closely with Mike Hankes and Ryan Tierney who explained every question I had. They took it from there and we had a deal, a great deal! I would go back a couple of times and ask to see the car I would eventually buy. My guys weren’t there. No problem, any person I asked for help would take the time to help me, even though they were not getting the sale. Mike and Ryan were professionals and the day I picked up the car another team member, John Celek took over to close it out. Yet again pleasant and professional. Ryan went over the car with us, attached the plates and away we went. Outstanding service from start to finish! A top notch dealership. More
