A very good salesman, didn't need to push my wife and I about the car and was very understanding. Also found Eduardo very knowledgeable and kind and wanted to give him our business, even though we look I about the car and was very understanding. My overall experience was very bad. I have a less than ideal situation and this was pointed out to me in no uncertain terms. My car was driven as an appraisal without my knowledge. The general manager tried to explain this as, "why should we work for hours and hours to try and get a deal with the bank if we don't know you're going to buy a car today." They also were trying to just give me any car vaguely close to what I was looking for rather than trying to match me to a car where I would be happy. More

My experience with Toyota of Braintree was excellent from start to finish. I emailed about a car I had seen on Cars.com and got an immediate response from Edward Walsh. He was not pushy and intimidating like other salesmen I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Sunny showed me the car and explained all of it's features. Sunny was very quick to respond to my questions and texted me right back. He helped me to get a great deal on the car I really wanted and advocated for me with his management team. Both Sunny and Don worked really hard to help me get a financial plan from Toyota that was better than I could have ever expected. They also had assistance from their Director Wallace. I am impressed with their shear team work! I always thought people who work at car dealerships would be competitive and cut throat, but not this team.
