We purchased a used car this past weekend and our experience from start to finish was outstanding. Having visited a few other dealerships in the area, we had gotten the "run around" all afternoon un experience from start to finish was outstanding. Having visited a few other dealerships in the area, we had gotten the "run around" all afternoon until we found Steve Levanchy at Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree. We felt very comfortable with Steve's direct and straightforward approach. As first time car buyers, we were concerned about being pressured into making a decision we didn't want. On the contrary, we felt no pressure and had a very positive experience. I would certainly recommend Steve to others. On the financing side, our experience with Walace Langame was also outstanding. His demeanor throughout was very positive, and we appreciated his honesty and candidness. He walked us through each step of the financing process with great detail, but in layman's terms. Finally, we also worked with Bill Detellis, who explained our options for the 1 year maintenance plan. If our short time working with Bill is any indication, I anticipate future maintenance discussions to be positive as well. Overall, all of the staff we worked with contributed to a very positive experience. The volume of selection and clean facilities certainly are a big draw as well. I expect that if a Toyota is in our future again, we will be back to Braintree. More

We were on a committed search for a GMC Acadia and had full intentions of working out a deal with Buick GMC in Hanover. I stopped in 15 minutes before closing and Ryan met me at the door with a smile and listened to my needs. We made a quick walk upstairs and I was convinced that we needed to take a more serious look at the Highlander. I brought my spouse back to the dealership and met with Ryan again and we "found" the car that we wanted -- right off the elevator!! Hmmmm...interesting:) As we moved from sales to finance, John was equally as friendly and helpful. He worked hard to get the rate we wanted on the terms we wanted. Great team work. We picked up our car today and Ryan walked us through taking his time to make sure that we understood all the features, etc. A vwery pleasent experience all around.
