Car buying is usually a stressful experience for me. This was a stress free buying experience, because my husband and I had told Walace what we were looking for ahead of time. Within hours, he found us the perfect car and we immediately drove the hour and a half from New Hampshire to meet with Walace and purchase the car. He has the knack of quickly matching the right car to the needs of the buyer. Although, we were immediately pleased with the car, he had Ryan Tierney go over the newer technology features with us and accompany us on a test drive. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and relaxing to deal with. There were no high pressure tactics. Walace confidently and professionally helped us through the paperwork. Bill Detellis in parts was very friendly & he & Mr. Tufkanjian actually went above & beyond to make sure the tube steps were located and put on our 2012 Tundra crewmax limited before we left the dealership!
