I was referred to Steve Lavanchy and he lived up to the referral. The service was great, listenend to what I was looking for and did not try to "upsell" me. Leo Batista met my wife & I at the front door of the dealership. He was very personable. He seemed like the type of guy you'd like to be friends with, a good neighbor, real genuine. After a very few minutes of haggling over the price of the new Camry and the value of my trade-in, we gave in a little, he gave in a little more, and we had a deal, I think a really good deal! Steve Lavanchy was awesome. We bought a van after giving up on SUV's since we needed something bigger for the children. He was knowledgeable, curteous and professional.
