Braintree was 1 of 4 dealerships I visited over the period of a week. Salesperson, Ed Simpson, provided information responsive to my needs and interests in purchasing a new car (e.g., budget, financing period of a week. I wanted to purchase a camry, but Ed presented the Carolla in a way that made it a worthy second choice had I not decided on a camry. Although I went over my initial budget in purchasing the camry, the savings and interest rate offered were among the deciding factors as to why I elected to purchase my camry from the Braintree dealership. I also felt that purchase negotiations were balanced, and in the final analysis, fair, given that I did not a late model car as a trade. Overall, the dealership, and Ed Simpson, specifically, provided excellent customer service. More

We had a serious electrical problem with our Rav-4 that the main Toyota corporation refused to take responsibility for. Brian Sullivan in the service department went to bat for us and even gave us a loaner for the weeks that his service crew tried to repair our car. When it was clear the cause of the problem could not be found, Bob Cameron, the general manager, got involved and with together with Ryan Tierney, a very down-to-earth and extremely helpful sales rep., they were able to give us the best trade-in value for our old car and gave us a great price on a new Highlander. Pardon the long intro above, but I would just like to point out that all the people we dealt with at this dealership made a bad situation into something very good and this is the first time I have ever been made to feel this good about a car dealership. They TRULY had our safety and best interests at heart. Special thanks go out to Ryan Tierney who even chose the perfect color and sets of options that I wanted. I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
