I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years and was not surprised by the great treatment I received when I leased my 2012 Highlander SE. His attitude towards his customers is pleasing, low key, and extremely helpful. He explained everything in a manner which was encourageing and made me feel that my business was important to him and the dealership. Jessica was very helpful with the paperwork, her pleasant attitude put me at ease with what is usually a pressure packed process! Eric was pleasant as he explained all the options for the SE. Some were downright rude and will not get our business in the future, but we have been very happy with our experience with Toyota of Braintree. In particular, our salesman, Steve Lavanchy, has been extremely helpful and patient with us. He never pressured us to buy right away and we knew we wanted to come back and search for our next vehicle with Steve. We search several different vehicles and he managed to help us find the perfect one for us and our family budget. We love driving our 2009 Rav4 and know that it will serve us well into the future. Between my husband and I, this is our 4 Toyota product. Our experience with Walace in the financing end of things could not have gone smoother. He was very pleasant and helpful. We had been hoping to make our van last a little longer. But when that was not possible, this dealer eased our shopping experience, made it fun and less stressful with no pressure.
