Our experience at Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree was exceptional. This was mainly due to the outstanding way we were treated by Kenny Banks. From our first introduction with Kenny we felt totally at ease with buying our new camry. He provided us with all of the information we needed once we indicated what vehicle we were interested in. The whole experience was without any pressure or anxiety so often associated with buying a car. Kenny is a very honest, sincere person. He wanted us to know that what we wanted was very important to him and to Toyota of Braintree. Our complete satisfaction was absolutely their primary goal. Kenny also communicated our wishes very smoothly with the staff of Toyota of Braintree. The managerial staff introduced themselves and let us know they had complete faith in Kenny and it certainly was a pleasant experience working with them as well. Kenny kept us well informed about the status of our car while we waited for its delivery. When we picked up the car Kenny had it and all of the paper work prepared for a very smooth exit. He reassured us that Toyota of Braintree would be there to help us in any way they could if we needed them. We have to say that the entire experience of working with Kenny Banks and Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree was the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

I have been doing a great deal of research on line about new cars and have test driven a few cars. I knew I wanted a Toyota XLE but wasn't sure if I would like the push button start. I visited Toyota of Braintree thinking that I would check their prices and be able to look at several cars in a comfortable way (inside). Kenny Banks greeted me on my arrival (his turn to help the next customer, I guess). From the beginning of my visit to the end result of buying a 2012 XLE WITH the push button start, Kenny was a delight to be with. He is professional in every way!
