I came into the dealership, around 11am and was quickly helped by Eric Franke. Who then turned me over to Donna Larosa. The reason I came in that day was, to see if I can trade in my 2002 sun fire. The whole staff was very friendly and always asked, how the buying process was going throughout my whole time there. Even Mark the Manger came over to congratulate me. I especially loved the way Donna Larosa took my case , and used every way possible in her power , to get me into a good car i can relies on and around my price budget. In the end I went from a used 2002 sunfire , to a brand new leased 2011 Red Toyota Corlla LE. I leased a car here 3 years ago...my lease was up and I knew I wanted to have a new Toyota again. Eduardo Vivas was assigned to work with me and I really enjoyed the experience. I went at Tufankjian dealership with my wife to check out pick up trucks. My wife had a 2005 Toyota corolla that we were looking to trade for a new pick up truck. It wasn`t that easy to agree for the price we wanted but we worked it out and everything turned out to be perfect!!!! At the end we had the chance to go home with our new Toyota Tacoma which I love it!!!Thanks to my lovely wife and wonderful people that work at Tufankjian. More
Kenny T and all the people at Toyota Braintree were so helpful in assisting me in leasing my vehicle. I am from out of state and happen to be in the area during the time that I made my purchase, and they helpful in assisting me in leasing my vehicle. I am from out of state and happen to be in the area during the time that I made my purchase, and they made was seemed like a horrifc deal, seem like the simplist thing. Kenny actually had to drive to Connecticut to have my car registered. I was astonished that the team would go through such efforts. The paparwork for dealing with the registration was available right at the Braintree Toyota on the day that I made the purchase. When I came to pick up the vehicle, not only did Kenny consider me as a customer, but he also considered my family. He had purchased a couple DVDs for the children to watch along the 2.5 hours back to Connecticut. I thought that was the greatest thing, that he had even the thought to inculde my children in this fantastic purchase of my new car. It was great. Everything went well. From the moment I walked in the door just looking, to the moment I left the building...just driving. My sister has an outstanding experience finding her car here about 1 month prior to me finding mine, and now I am reccomending my mother to purchase from Braintree Toyota. I have had 3 cars in the last 11 years, purchased from the same previous dealer. But often times, it is the one negative experience that a consumer remembers that leaves a bad taste in their mouth. For that reason, I left the place I typically purchase from (BOCH) and came over to Braintree Toyota. A true diamond is what I found, first class all the way. I will say it many times, I felt like I was in the presence of famliy as I moved from salesman to financial advisor. I had a great experience and I am looing forward for more to come in the next years....I will drive from Connecticut to purchase here anytime. It was a no hassle purchse. More
