Toyota of Braintree

I went at Tufankjian dealership with my wife to check out pick up trucks. My wife had a 2005 Toyota corolla that we were looking to trade for a new pick up truck. It wasn`t that easy to agree for the price we wanted but we worked it out and everything turned out to be perfect!!!! At the end we had the chance to go home with our new Toyota Tacoma which I love it!!!Thanks to my lovely wife and wonderful people that work at Tufankjian. More

Kenny T and all the people at Toyota Braintree were so helpful in assisting me in leasing my vehicle. I am from out of state and happen to be in the area during the time that I made my purchase, and they helpful in assisting me in leasing my vehicle. Kenny actually had to drive to Connecticut to have my car registered. I was astonished that the team would go through such efforts. The paparwork for dealing with the registration was available right at the Braintree Toyota on the day that I made the purchase. When I came to pick up the vehicle, not only did Kenny consider me as a customer, but he also considered my family. He had purchased a couple DVDs for the children to watch along the 2.5 hours back to Connecticut. I thought that was the greatest thing, that he had even the thought to inculde my children in this fantastic purchase of my new car. It was great. Everything went well. From the moment I walked in the door just looking, to the moment I left the building...just driving. My sister has an outstanding experience finding her car here about 1 month prior to me finding mine, and now I am reccomending my mother to purchase from Braintree Toyota. I have had 3 cars in the last 11 years, purchased from the same previous dealer. But often times, it is the one negative experience that a consumer remembers that leaves a bad taste in their mouth. For that reason, I left the place I typically purchase from (BOCH) and came over to Braintree Toyota. A true diamond is what I found, first class all the way. I will say it many times, I felt like I was in the presence of famliy as I moved from salesman to financial advisor. I had a great experience and I am looing forward for more to come in the next years....I will drive from Connecticut to purchase here anytime. It was a no hassle purchse. More

I cant tell you how pleased i am w/the entire experience i had @ tufankjian Toyota.i was in the market for a used toyota and have to admit looked at a number of dealers. I purchased a used Takoma from Stev i had @ tufankjian Toyota.i was in the market for a used toyota and have to admit looked at a number of dealers. I purchased a used Takoma from Steve Levanchy.When i met Steve ,i could tell right away he is a no pressure salesperson. I felt as if i was the only customer that ever walked in. I was trading in a used truck as a deposit and he was able to use all his resources to obtain the best trade in value possible. the Follow thru and level of customer service i received is SECCOND TO NONE. If Toyota needs a spokesperson for Tufankjian, I would be honored to represent them. By the way, my new truck is AWESOME!!! :) More

This is my first Toyota and I love it. I was always a VW girl but when my husband and I wanted to upgrade to a SUV the options at VW were too pricey and not enough cargo space for the price point. I am not one to write reviews online- but this dealership takes pride in serving their customers and should be applauded for it.
