Kenny took the time to help me explore my options and was focused on helping me find a car that would suit my needs. I appreciated his sound advice, wisdom, and expertise. He made my initial visit so easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and even had me talk with people to help me better understand my options. The day that I came in to purchase/lease my car was even more amazing. Kenny made sure every detail in regards to the process was handled with care. We visited 2 Toyota/Scion dealerships in our area but were not very impressed with pricing and/or service. Our son did a lot of research on different cars, their ratings, pricing, etc. and found a Scion were not very impressed with pricing and/or service. Needless to say, we were introduced to Kenny and 3- 2hr trips later, we are the proud owners of a 2009 Scion TC and our son couldn't be much happier. The first place we visited was Toyota of Braintree and we worked with Steve. Quite honestly he provided the most relaxing experience and offered us ALL of our options. Steve wasn’t pushy or by any means a typical “car salesmen”. He understood where we were coming from, discussed our options and when we said “we would like to think about it and come back” we all left on a positive note (not a guilty uncomfortable goodbye). This singlehandedly was the reason we came back to Toyota of Braintree to lease a car. I have purchased cars from Toyota of Falmouth and Toyota of Norwood and have worked with these dealerships for over 10 years and have NEVER met a salesmen and had an experience I enjoyed as much as this one.
