Several weeks ago my husband and I went in to Toyota of Braintree. We were greeted at the door by a friendly and most professional gentleman named Kenny Tempro. Over the next couple of hours Kenny, at our request, showed us both the Camry and Highlander. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and patiently answered all of our questions. I believe that we moved forward on a decision to purchase a vehicle that evening because of the ease with which he worked with us. At no time did we feel pressured-I would have headed "out the door" had I felt that way. We both would recommend Mr.Tempro to family and friends who might be considering purchasing a Toyota. That evening we decided to purchase a 2011 Highlander. This is not our first Toyota. We own a 1995 Corolla Wagon, (that is still running like a top-it does help that my husband is a mechanic) and a 2003 Camry. Kenny brought us to Wallace Langame to look at financing our purchase. Our 2003 Camry as well as two other used cars (purchased for our daughters) were all purchased through Wallace at Tufankian Toyota. Wallace is an absolute professional and worked with us regarding our options. He is most efficient and knowledgeable in the area of finance. Although this is a significant purchase for us, we left that evening feeling both assured and comfortable with our decision.
