Toyota of dartmouth did nothing but lie,lie,lie. The folks in Braintree treated us extremly well and not once did I catch so much as a fib. We were treated kindly and professionally. I am not an easy sell and I do my homework before a purchase. After going back and forth over price, ( during which time Jim had all the patience required )we settled on a fair price and bought a Seqouia. I found no UNDO pressure to buy extra options,( extra warranty etc.)during the paperwork,signing and payment part of the purchase. Everyone we dealt with worked hard to make us comfortable and spent whatever time was needed to answer our questions. The delivery was done indoors on a rainy day and the vehicle was spotless. As many people, I'm not a person who enjoys buying a new car because of the kind of treatment we received at Toyota of Dartmouth, and at other dealerships throughout the years. From a sales experience, Kendrick Tempro was very knowledgeable of the Toyota product line and went out of his way to be sure I was going to get all that I was looking for in my new car purchase. Mike Hankes was great in explaining the future service required on the vehicle and showed me the ease of being able to schedule any type of service I should require. John Celesk did a great job in explaining all of the paperwork that needed to be signed and was sure that I understood what I was signing. I ended up leasing a 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I showed up to pick up the car in the rain. They had it inside and ready to go. I made my 1st payment and was on my way. Every person I dealt with was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend dealing with Gail Nelson. More
