My wife and I just arrived in the U.S. on an intra-company transfer visa for my European/U.S. company. Walace did an amazing job sorting out a new car for us in a super-fast time! When finally the financing was approved, he waited for me to arrive until after closing time as I was stuck in traffic. Also the "helpers in the background" (insurance, registration, ...) did everything possible to make it happen. Kenny did a great job in explaining the car to us and handing it over long after closing time! I can not imagine it happening any better. Toyota of dartmouth did nothing but lie,lie,lie. The folks in Braintree treated us extremly well and not once did I catch so much as a fib. We were treated kindly and professionally. I am not an easy sell and I do my homework before a purchase. After going back and forth over price, ( during which time Jim had all the patience required )we settled on a fair price and bought a Seqouia. I found no UNDO pressure to buy extra options,( extra warranty etc.)during the paperwork,signing and payment part of the purchase. Everyone we dealt with worked hard to make us comfortable and spent whatever time was needed to answer our questions. The delivery was done indoors on a rainy day and the vehicle was spotless. As many people, I'm not a person who enjoys buying a new car because of the kind of treatment we received at Toyota of Dartmouth, and at other dealerships throughout the years.
