I am very happy with the expierence I had at Toyota of Braintree. Not only is it a nice clean and organized enviroment the employees that I encountered were all extrememly helpful and friendly. Their website is also very useful and easy to navigate, which is how I found the car that I love and bought. Our sales consultant who saw us throught the process of purchase was Andy Smallcomb. He was fantastic! There was no nonsense and he was there to guide and help us through the whole process which went very smoothly. He was easy to talk to and available whenever we needed him, even after the purchase was finished. I highly recommend Toyota of Braintree and Andy Smallcomb for purchasing your next car!! The best part of the whole expierence is my new 2007 Toyota 4Runner, which is in amazing condition, with low mileage and was at a great price!! :) More

My salesman Ed Nugent was very nice, not overbearing or pushy. The words "how can I get you into this car today" were never said-he is the antithesis of the image of a car salesman. I was due for a new toyota, as I had over 234,000 on my 2000 Camry. I was very interested in a new or used RAV4. As I wasn't sure if I wanted a certified used or a new vehicle, Kenny helped me with the decision making process. I knew I wanted a RAV4, and Kenny was able to educate me on the different models and the details on each one. Marc was also very helpful with some of the financing options. With some Toyota financing incentives, I chose a brand new RAV4. Walace was very helpful and enjoyable to work with regarding the finance paperwork. Brian helped with the removal of my stickers from my old car which was great. I was suprised at how easy the process was. The Team was very friendly and comfortable to work with.
