Excellent service as always Sales and service folks are courteous and they know and service on what customers wanted. I have bought 2 cars and 2 mini vans since 2005 and their services are well taken care as if they own these cars. I would strongly recommend for any new buyer to just a make a visit and experience. Not very happy I was shocked and angry when you sold me a car that had tires which only lasted 34,800 miles. I was also unhappy that it took two hours and 40 minute I was shocked and angry when you sold me a car that had tires which only lasted 34,800 miles. I was also unhappy that it took two hours and 40 minutes to change 4 tires. And I was even more angered when the paperwork says the car was completed at 11:58 AM and I did not get the car until 12:40 PM and they knew I was waiting at the dealership for the car. I have always had good relations with you up too this point but all of the above has rattled my confidence in you . Frankly I did not think the tires looked warned beyond allowable tread. Because of the other complications I am wondering if I was had or not. And as afar as the overall rating and would you recommend the dealership, how would you answer if your were me? More

Excellent experience Needed a new water pump. Service advisor was excellent, and discovered that it was covered 100% via the warranty. A long job, however I was updated Needed a new water pump. Inspection sticker I did not have an appointment, but I was able to get my car inspected in less than an hour. Everyone is efficient and courteous. Great experience at Toyota of Braintree! My AC drain hose was clogged and water had leaked into the car and ruined the carpet. It was an unbelievable smell. Paula Cashman was my service advis My AC drain hose was clogged and water had leaked into the car and ruined the carpet. It was an unbelievable smell.
