He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Normally going to a dealership gives me anxiety, and since I recently moved out here I couldn’t bring a friend with me to endure the whole process with me. But once my car pooped out I couldn’t avoid it since I recently moved out here I couldn’t bring a friend with me to endure the whole process with me. But once my car pooped out I couldn’t avoid it anymore. I went to Napleton in Brookfield and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Where I used to live getting a new car seemed impossible with the very limited inventory, the crazy market adjustments, and absurd markups. You would end up paying 15k plus over MSRP. After speaking with Kyle he assured me that would not be the case here. After a trip to the dealership I found the car I wanted and the buying process was seamless. It was done quickly and efficiently ( no time for the anxiety to kick in). I was beyond impressed by the customer service, attentiveness, and pricing. And I normally don’t write reviews but I’ve had too many bad experiences at dealerships and once I found this gem I would like to recommend to others this dealership and Kyle! More
