Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I had the pleasure to work with 3 departments sales, finance and service. All went well as Sales Dan M was honest, finance Chris was professional and not pushy with on going maintenance, but reminded me finance and service. All went well as Sales Dan M was honest, finance Chris was professional and not pushy with on going maintenance, but reminded me although Toyotas are well known for very few engine and transmission issues, electronics can go anytime so we took the extension. Came back in two days to get clear coat protection and from the time I drove in and was met by Josh and Mitch who took notes on a clip board any questions or issues I may have. Received updates while I was waiting (awesome) and more importantly they valued my time by finishing exactly when they said they would. The only issue I had was having to purchase add ons I would not have purchased had I had it built. Lost key insurance etc. came to an additional 2K. It’s a different time than I am used to with such little inventory across the industry but I definitely recommend Toyota of Brookfield for a long lasting vehicle. Gary More
