I brought my 2021 4RUNNER in for 5000 Mile tire rotation, there was confusion with logistics in the service parking lot due to new employees. I spoke with Bella Muslimani about the issue, she answered my question about the delay saying “I’m going to be honest with you, my vehicle was parked in the wrong area for the service I was there for” at that instant she EARNED MY TRUST & LOYALTY to Napleton Toyota. My experience with Bella was outstanding. I’ve had service issues at other dealerships with past Ford products, where I knew they were lying about what was really going on. Bella’s communication to me was 100% up and honest. Many service writers need to follow her example of customer service. If I could give Zero stars I would. I was 100% buying a car within the month and been a Toyota customer for the last 17 years. I was looking at a Highlander and they didn’t have the type I wanted but let car within the month and been a Toyota customer for the last 17 years. I was looking at a Highlander and they didn’t have the type I wanted but let me know they were receiving more inventory in two weeks and I could put a refundable $500 deposit down to see the Highlander first. When the Highlander came in, I wanted a night to think about the purchase and I was severely harassed and yelled at by asking for more time. The manager actually turned his back on me and walked away while I was asking for my deposit back. He waved me off and said they had my credit card number and it would be processed tomorrow. I let my salesman know I would NOT be buying a car from them after the way the manager treated me. After numerous inquiries about my refund, I didn’t get it until 15 days later and I had to go in and ask for the paper trail (since every money transaction has a paper trail!!). After I saw the paper trail and noticed the day was 15 days later of my refund I demanded answers. They admitted they “forgot” about processing the refund. Unacceptable to “forget” to refund people’s money. Especially after multiple inquiries. HORRIBLE service and money management!!!! Loved going to Acura of Brookfield and had a completing amazing experience!!! More
This dealer is very inconsistent and frustrating. Some staff understand my needs in service and others are not helpful. I have been able to set up services requiring parts purchased ahead of time and they staff understand my needs in service and others are not helpful. I have been able to set up services requiring parts purchased ahead of time and they lose the records of purchase. They have put wrong lug nuts on my car and caused rim damage. They take 2 to 3 times longer for service than other dealers. Hard to connect with service advisor ahead of visit and they seem not to know what the mechanics found on my car. They have all the excuses when something goes wrong and say oh well get service somewhere else. More
