If you want to wait over 4 hours to buy a car this is your place. Not only that there were charges on my invoice of products that I didn't want. My salesperson, Jackson, kept me waiting. He had taken your place. Not only that there were charges on my invoice of products that I didn't want. My salesperson, Jackson, kept me waiting. He had taken my keys so I couldn't even get in my car. He didn't answer all of my questions about the car & didn't explain how to use the features. I do not recommend this dealership. Mis-representation of free oil change. I bought Toyota 86 in August 2019 & was told that the oil change is free for two years. It is not even two years & they charged me. Our sales person was great to work with, knew a lot about the vehicle we were interested in and spent time with us on two occasions. The frustrating part was getting the deal done once we decided on the car. They tried to lowball our trade and then make us take the new car same day which we did not want to do. We threatened to leave and then they allowed us to come back another day to take delivery. I have never taken delivery of a new car same day nor had a dealership tell me I had to. They need to work on how they handle deals as this almost broke it for us. The delivery went relatively smooth and they threw in all weather mats and bumped up our trade for taxes. Overall I would recommend anyone who goes here to know the value of their car and be prepared to haggle/and or fight for a fair price. They also will tack on warranties for items you don’t ask for like replacement key warranty and theft warranty which we didn’t really understand what they were for. The manager called me and I told him about all our frustrations and he did not answer about the lowball trade or “extra” fees tacked on. He did say due to low inventory they require same day delivery which they have had same 5 vehicles on the lot since we had originally looked so don’t seem to be in that high of demand. Using the current low inventory is not a reason for poor customer service. They also asked for references which I have never been asked fir and he said to “keep on file” in case the bank asks for them. Mind you they did this before they even pulled credit or talked to the bank. They seem slightly shady so just do your homework and question everything until you get a straight answer. Otherwise go somewhere else. More
