I went to this dealership to sell my car, yesterday, and was provided with appraisal. After taking a day to consider it, I contacted the store asking to see if they could do any better, however, it was chal was provided with appraisal. After leaving a voicemail with manager Dave, I received a phone call back and, through our discussion, I got an adjusted value. However, when I asked for an email confirming that, he would not send it. I still went there to sell the car, but then they would not honor the new value given to me verbally via telephone just 90 minutes earlier. I would be very careful to get everything in writing and manage your expectations when anything is told to you via email. The worst part is that the managers who decided not to honor what was promised would not even meet with me to deliver the message. If you are looking for an honest experience, I may suggest looking elsewhere. More

In the past, I've had terrible experience with dealerships, but toyota of Brookfield is different. Three times I've been here for service/maintenance on my prius. All have been amazing. I am a very mechanically inclined individual, and like to work on my own vehicles. I've found this to be a hard pill to swallow for dealerships. Where most dealerships want to bombard you with services and extras, toyota of Brookfield would rather give the customer the services they want. AVOID THEM!!! We were there for 6 hours. We had a loan lined up but they would not allow us to put money down and come back to get the car. They forced us to use their financing and only allowed us to pu lined up but they would not allow us to put money down and come back to get the car. They forced us to use their financing and only allowed us to put $2500 on our credit card. Good thing we can refinance and get rid of their company. The car only had a half a tank of gas and they did not switch the plates. Worst car buying experience ever. Never never never buy a car from them. More

The experience i had was great. I live out of state 140 miles away from this dealer and the gentleman or salesman i dealt with was Mr Brayan Alanis. I explained to him on the from where i lived and advised miles away from this dealer and the gentleman or salesman i dealt with was Mr Brayan Alanis. I explained to him on the from where i lived and advised him that i needed for him to be my eyes as far as letting me know the condition of the vehicle being as i was so far away and did not want to drive so far without having a good idea on the condition of the truck. Let him know that i was kind of ocd and needed to know anything that might be wrong with it as far as rust or paint chips. Using his phone he was greatly helpfull in getting me many photos of anything he thought might be of some interest to me. He also was able to get me photos of the undercarriage and made me more at ease with his detailed photos and personal opinion of the vehicle. Bryan was very polite, knowledgable and made the buying process wonderful. I no doubt would be willing to purchase another vehicle in the future with this dealership and with the help of Mr Alanis. More
