He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Had my 2026 Highlander in for a screw stuck in the left rear tire. It was too close to the side wall to repair. Had to replace the tire. I wasn't sure about the warranty coverage I had. Zach Reed in service went over my coverage,contacted the warranty service and handled the details. Result, I was covered for the tire. Zach had the new tire put on while I waited a short time in the lounge. They also did a inspection of my vehicle to make sure there where no other issues. A service manager named Bri Braun really listened to my concerns& he Toyota of Brookfield in Brookfield WI recently & had a very amazing experience. A service manager named Bri Braun really listened to my concerns& helped me figure out a know issue on my vehicle with axle boots & helped me get things covered under warranty. She had an amazing customer service focused kind demeanor, which was amazing!
