He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. While the vehicle purchase process is long and grueling, our salesman, Patrick Duket and Sales Manager Nineveh Deeiel were a pleasure to work with. They were very patient with us, and made the purchase process as painless as possible. They went out of their way to ensure we had a positive experience and agreed on a price that was acceptable to both parties. Waqas Tariq, the Business Manager, was an absolute joy. He was efficient and knowledgeable, and made the finance process as easy as possible for us (IKES, the forms!!!!). I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Napleton's to friends and family. Buying a used car was easy I looked online for a used car. They had a honda accord I was interested in. The salesman I dealt with was great. He was Brad Flak. After purchasing the car, it takes a great while to get all the paperwork etc. processed and I told Brad I had to leave by a certain time to pick up my daughter from school. He was rushing around trying to make things go quicker, he was sweating he was working so hard! If it wasn't for him I'd probably would have been there for another 3 hours. As it was though I was 1 hour late in picking up my daughter she was not happy!! Thanks Brad for all your help with the car and we love it. He even called me a couple times to see how things were going with the car, he even called me on my birthday a week and a half later to say happy birthday. Wow I thought that's really nice.
