He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Must say, Andy Budd was very helpful not pushy. Andy took the time to buff a little paint mark on a used purchase. There was a mark on the drivers seat, never asked to get out. Picked up my 2020 Camry Saturday. Pat and the staff were the most professional and competent people I ever had in car sales. No pressure sales is #1 for me and Pat never pushed, just responded and got what the most professional and competent people I ever had in car sales. No pressure sales is #1 for me and Pat never pushed, just responded and got what I needed and let me think. This is the first dealership that let my wife and I test drive by ourselves. Driving a car and talking without being distracted with sales tactics.Taras processed our paperwork with ease and was a straight shooter. He made his pitch for additional things but always accepted no for an answer and moved on, big points for that!! I'll be seeing Pat again in 3 years when this lease is over to get another one. More

Andy Budd is a very professional My Toyota of Brookfield experience was far more than I expected. I worked with Andy Budd, Waqas Tariq, and Jean Ross. Andy Budd is a very professional Sales person and is very well informed about his products and does an excellent job of fitting the right vehicle to the Customer's needs. He was very helpful, and I enjoyed working with him. I would strongly recommend asking for him if you visit the dealership. Waqas Tariq was also a pleasure to work with and very well educated about the financial and warranty end of my purchase. He made me feel very comfortable that I was making the right choice about an extended warranty, and he made sure everything was as it should be in the wrap up of my purchase. My internet inquiry was taken care of by Jean Ross, and she supplied all of the initial information I needed to know that Toyota of Brookfield would be where I was going to make my 2020 Toyota Tacoma purchase.
