He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I had many questions and he made time and patiently explained everything I asked as I decided if I wanted a new one and what best suited me. I was also impressed and delighted with some of the changes to the Prius. He set up some of the features for me and showed me all that I needed to know about the car. BEST car buying experience yet ! No pressure,I looked around and found what I wanted. Steve asked what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my car, we worked it out in less than 30 m No pressure,I looked around and found what I wanted. The financing staff including Tryone, Ryan's assistant, manager, and Salesman were on their toes, top service, accommodating and so very nice. I believe their customer service will be outstanding and I feel confident going there for maintenance/repairs! I think that's huge. Steve Starota the salesman couldn't have been nicer and had all the answers and info I needed.. And the manager actually delivered my second set of keys right to my home. Car shopping made easy I'm not usually a fan of car shopping but after my experience hearing my tune has changed. Working with George was by far one of the easiest experiences I have ever had in looking at vehicles. His no pressure approach and really getting to the root of what would be the best type of vehicle for me put me at ease while trying to make such a big decision. Mo in financing was also fantastic. He took time to talk with me about all of my financial options and how he could help. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my next vehicle from here as well. First Time Buyer Our experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but giving a 5 star ratings based on how things were dealt with when I voiced dissatisfaction. He was there to greet us each time we entered the dealership, set our phones up in the new car, and found an answer for questions we had if he didn't know. Our dissatisfaction was with how things were handled when an issue arose with my insurance. When this issue and our dissatisfaction was brought to their attention, we were asked to come back in where we were greeted by Peter again, then by Mo who told us who we would be working with for the financing, and then by Chris. Once we finished up with everything, Jeff also came and introduced himself and asked if the rest of our experience with them went better. It was a complete 180 from the previous night. We had no previous experience with buying a car at a dealership or financing a car. If you are in that same boat, ask to work with Chris Mohr. He walked us through step by step and was extremely patient with us. We will be looking to replace our other car in about two years and would 100% go back to Toyota of Brookfield. More
