Excellent experience Our lease was going to end on our current vehicle and wanted to take advantage of the new model-year features. We stopped in at Toyota of Brookfield Our lease was going to end on our current vehicle and wanted to take advantage of the new model-year features. We stopped in at Toyota of Brookfield to take a look around at available options. After a few minutes in the lot, a salesperson (Dean Jett) politely asked if he could answer any questions. We asked _many_ questions. Some of our concerns were very detailed and I was impressed that if the answer was not immediately known, Dean had no problem telling us that he needed to look-up the answer. This level of honesty impressed us and that the organization (Toyota of Brookfield) fosters getting the answer right instead of just "making it up". We were able to get our questions answered and select our next vehicle. Once the selection process was complete, Dean assisted us with completing paperwork and then we completed the process with one of the business managers, Chris S. The business end could have been very overwhelming, but Chris did a great job of explaining options and terms of financing so that we were comfortable buying a vehicle (when we had only been "looking around"). At delivery Chris walked us back to the pickup area where Dean and George guided us through the setup of all the vehicle technology and explained the dashboard display. After a few weeks of owning the vehicle, we continue to be extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Toyota of Brookfield for providing an "Excellent Experience"! More
