Had all of my questions and concerns addressed. Only issue/concern is that I went back to dealership about 4 days after taking delivery to bring in a charger for the remote staet for the car that I traded in and found that my salesperson was no longer with the dealership...Don't know why. Hopefully not let go. That salesperson (Chris S.) Is not on the list of salespersons in this review. Would recommend dealership to others. More

I said I wanted to talk to Breanna Denter who introduced me to Marcos King. He showed me a beautiful red RAV4. We took it for a test drive and he explained all of the features of the car in a thorough and knowledgeable way. He was respectful and very professional. We talked to Eric Glenn but I had an appointment to test drive a Honda. I have owned 3 Hondas and have loved them. Marcos sent me an email thanking me for coming in etc, etc etc. The next day he followed up with a phone call. I told him I was going to Hyundai also. Then I began working with a representative from Educators Credit Union after thinking about the 3 cars and the whole car hunting experience I chose to lease the RAV4 mainly because of your salesman Marcos King. I enjoyed working with him more than any other car salesman. I would definitely buy another car from Marcos and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. More

Keeping up the Jack Safro reputation The only thing bad about my experience here was a mistake was made and I had to wait a while to take my test drive. I pulled up next to the car I was interested in, and while talking to my salesman another took it for training purposes. I decided after the purchase to have the extra rustproofing, paint and interior protection and they’re going to give me a loaner for the day that is done. Great follow up making sure I’m happy and answering all extra questions. More
