Safety features, extra room, and higher-end options were high on the list when we set out to find a new SUV. We landed with the 2018 Highlander Hybrid Limited Platinum after test driving other similar SUVs in the class (Acura MDX, Lexus RX350L, and Honda Pilot). We loved the exterior cameras/sensors (birds-eye-view is great), interior leather with heated/ventilated seats, overall easy-to-drive SUV. Our salesperson, Steve, did a great job of following us through the process and keeping us updated with the dealer exchange for our preferred SUV with specific options and colors. The Toyota Care for 5 years will be used at the same dealership, beautiful new building! More

It's only about the sales So my mom wants to trade-in her 2016 Sienna LE for 2015 Sienna XLE as there's some features in the XLE that she likes. Got her car appraised and just got started on with the price negotiation with the sales rep. I started with my first offer and sales rep got "Professionally" mad, shook my hands and said have a good day. So I thought, okay but then he made us wait as he went to talk to his boss about the deal. Came back with a new deal which was still horrible. I was about to to do another offer but was rudely interrupted so we ended the deal. A week went by and noticed the price of the car dropped...2 weeks later and the car price dropped even lower...very close to the price I placed on the table that day...but oh wells, it's their loss cause I know what I'm negotiating for as I do my research ahead of time. My offer was the highest of what KBB showed as Fair Market price. Don't go here as they only think about you being a 1 time customer and not a repeat customer. I know my family will not be buying their Toyotas from this dealership. More
Hard Sell from the Start All I wanted was a price on a Sienna LE and a price for my car. I called Brayan to ask if they could give me a price on my car. I stopped by. After telling them I wanted to stop by quickly, I was left sitting for awhile. Then, the sales manager comes over and asks me what he can do to get me into the car. I told him all I wanted was a price on my car and that I'm going to different dealerships. He then asked me for a price. I told him that was his job. So, he told me a price that was lower than another dealer. It was a bit more back and forth before he told me the car was on their lot. At that point, I knew the experience was going to go downhill because that was a flat-out lie. They were going to have to get it from a different dealer. Then he said, "well, it's on its way". Again, a flat-out lie. He then kept pushing me. So, I just left. If this is how it started, I wasn't going to put up with it. It was a bad experience. I bought the minivan from a competitor without hassle. More
