I was originally planning on purchasing a pre-owned leased vehicle which wasn't ready for resale as title wasn't received by the dealership. Matt introduced your leased program, test drove the Rav4 with me, advised me of the possibilities of payment which depended on my credit rating. He introduced me to the various programs/pkgs that I could purchase with the car. I chose the Vantage Ultimate Plus Pkg. I believe the financial person was Cathy, who had the papers ready for me at the time of signing. Cathy explained all documents before I signed. Matt took me to where the car was washed and waxed as it was beautiful and showed me the various details of the car. I would certainly work with Matt again, and refer others to Matt. I believe he attempted to call me on Monday, but was unable to connect with him because of schedules. More
