i brought a car from this dealership and was not happy at all. since the day i had it was issues. dealership is only interested in making a sale.i'm still having issue after issue with the car. the general m all. since the day i had it was issues. dealership is only interested in making a sale.i'm still having issue after issue with the car. the general manger heard the noise the car was making and said oh that's nothing but he agreed the car should not be making that noise. after spending $16,000 on a car i just believe i should not have issues a few days after buying it. i was told by the dealer ship thats what happen when you buy a used car. I purchased my new 2012 Corolla 2 weeks ago. Pete was recommended to me by a very good friend and I would recommend Pete to anyone looking for a new car. It was my first time buying a brand new car by m recommended to me by a very good friend and I would recommend Pete to anyone looking for a new car. It was my first time buying a brand new car by myself and Pete helped me through the process. I called the day before making sure he was available. He asked me if I had a trade in - I said "not really - I have a 1996 Toyota RAV 4 with 201,000 miles on it". He said bring it in and we'll take a look at it. The next day I arrived with my 80 year old mother and Pete was waiting at the door waving at me (and I have never met him before this). I had told Pete the day before exactly what I was looking for -and when I arrived he had one waiting for me to test drive. It WAS exactly what I was looking for and we came to a deal and I drove my new car home that same day. I met the service people and a few other people and they could not have been nicer. The experience made the dreaded day a day that I really enjoyed. I am SO happy with my new car and would recommend Jack Safro to anyone looking for a car. More
The initial sales person was decent but when it came time for the hard bargaining we worked with Jeff Sayer. We got down to a price that was still just a bit too high for us so we wanted some time to think i for the hard bargaining we worked with Jeff Sayer. We got down to a price that was still just a bit too high for us so we wanted some time to think it over. This was Saturday at the end of the business day. After much soul searching on Sunday we decided to jump at the deal Jeff offered if the car we found at a different dealership was not promising once we test drove it. It wasn't so we immediately called Safro's and zipped over there. Jeff was not there and the "head" salesperson claimed the price we were quoted was too low. Went through a 45 minute song and dance where they got ahold of Jeff and he claimed not to remember the offer (!) This made no sense as we were his last customer of the day... Bottom line they would not agree to Jeff's offer. Next day Jeff called and claimed that his boss would not allow the deal to go through. Huh? One minute he doesn't remember and the next comes up with this lame excuse? In my opinion if you make a deal you stick with it. Quite frankly we were stunned. If I have my way, no one in our little circle of friends will be customers of Safro's after that treatment. More
From the time we walked in the door, we were treated courteously. Andy Budd, our sales rep, was very responsive to what I wanted. Everything was wrapped up quickly. The business manager, Luke(?) I had a great experience purchasing my Mom a hybrid and I want everyone to know about. Going into the process, I had a lot of things working against me including her budget and her tunnel vision. I worked with Ely on narrowing down a hybrid and settled on a Prius. He was very patient going through the computer system with me and my mother, and even took the time to connect her phone to the bluetooth! That was great customer service. She's been told that she has tunnel vision and Ely helped us find the perfect car that would allow her eyes to scan the road without any blind spots. When it came time to purchase, Ely and Greg worked on a plan that fit her budget. The best part about the experience was we got a hand written thank you card from Greg in the mail a few days later- I was so surprised because I only get cards on my Birthday and for Christmas. Bottom line, she got exactly what she wanted, I felt comfortable, and I didn't have to negotiate on price. Can't wait to go shopping there for my Dad's car! Who knew car shopping could be a fun experience? More
Shopping for a used car is always questionable, you never truly know what you're going to get! After searching Craigslist and nearby dealers with no luck, a friend of mine referred me to Jack Safro Toyota of truly know what you're going to get! I was nervous going to a dealership with my picky criteria (including very low price!), but rest assured, Greg instantly made me realize I was in the right place. Being a college student, my budget was thin to nothing, and yet I chose to be very picky about what I wanted. I was looking for a small SUV with leather interior, fairly new, and great condition, and 4 wheel drive. Although they didn't have one on hand, Greg took me under his wing like a daughter and helped me find one within two weeks! He emailed me every time something came in that I might be interested in. I would sometimes shoot it down, but he was persistent to help me find what I needed. It wasn't long before we came across the perfect car - leather, clean, ran perfectly, and best of all, I COULD AFFORD IT! - even as a college student! I am so thankful to my friend for showing me Jack Safro! Thank you Greg for all your help and your sincere dedication to customer satisfaction! More

I have purchased many cars in my life time but this was the best experience by far.
