I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mary Dixon at Safro Toyota. I had my eye on a very specific kind of car and was having trouble finding it in Minneapolis. I expanded my search to cities within a day's drive of home. I stumbled across a Craigslist ad with Safro Toyota at an unbelievable price. I talked with Mary several times on the phone. I needed to know before I took a one way flight that this car was a good fit for me. I dropped everything, and hastily arrange for a fight out to Milwaukee. Mary picked me up at my hotel, and brought me to the dealership. We talked business. I ended up loaning a vehicle from the dealership for the entire day while I fought a colossal battle with my bank. They really screwed up the transaction and it took until 6pm to get everything ironed out. Mary was calm and pleasant, even while things were unraveling before our eyes. Pat ensured that I got a GREAT price on my new Highlander Hybrid and I have sent all of my siblings and friends to him as well, even some from out of state. Pat and his people demonstrated commanding knowledgeable of the vehicle, it’s options, and the accompanying technologies.
