He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. This was my third car purchased at Jack Safro. After my first purchase of a 2005 Camry I was hooked. I then purchased a 2010 Camry but my awesome car salesman Pat Dukett knew I had my heart set on a Solar first purchase of a 2005 Camry I was hooked. I then purchased a 2010 Camry but my awesome car salesman Pat Dukett knew I had my heart set on a Solara convertible. So this past spring he called to tell me there was one on the lot. I traded in my Camry for what I think is the best car that I have ever owned. Everyone at Safro is always very friendly. Pat goes above and beyond and that is why myself and everyone else in my family own Toyota cars from him. Anytime there is a holiday my driveway looks like a Toyota dealership . No dealership or salesperson compare to Pat and Jack Safro!!!! More

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience purchasing our Toyota Venza from Jack Safro Toyota. Both Patrick and Greg were very friendly, professional,and willing to help us decide on the car we wanted t our Toyota Venza from Jack Safro Toyota. Both Patrick and Greg were very friendly, professional,and willing to help us decide on the car we wanted to purchase and worked with us on the purchase price. We were never pressured or pushed to decide "right now". Patrick was very responsive to our request to have all paperwork prepared and ready to go when we walked in the door the next day to finalize our purchase as we had our 14 month old with us and needed the process to be ultra-efficient.
