We ran into a questionable issue with reverse not properly working the first day with the car, but they gave me a loaner vehicle for the weekend, while it was looked at and seems to be just fine. It's the little things that make it an ease on my mind. More
Shawn is an excellent salesperson with whom to work. A telephone message from Matt prior to my third visit to the dealership was crucial in my remaining interested in a purchase of a new car. Without the message that simply let me know that he remained available for any questions if I still had an interest, I doubt that I would have pursued closing on the deal that I finally made. More
I inquired through the internet as to the price of a new Venza during the year end clearance sale. I really wasn't looking to buy a car but more curious than anything as the Venza has caught my eye since i Venza during the year end clearance sale. Through my inquiry Pete Wahlen contacted me by phone and I decided to come in and take a test drive. During the test drive Pete told me all about the vehicle and it's many attributes. Pete then had my car evaluated and came back with a trade that was very attractive to me. We talked back and forth a bit and Pete and I came to a deal and I now have a new Venza which I am enjoying immensely. Pete was very easy to work with and there was no pressure. I was taken around the dealership and introduced to the key personnel I will be dealing with in the future. 2nd time I drove into Express for oil change & was told wait time was 1.5 hrs. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this 'express' service & apology given, but no attempt to compensate me for my wast told wait time was 1.5 hrs. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this 'express' service & apology given, but no attempt to compensate me for my wasted time spent..no free car wash even..no followup sticker placed on vehicle. I expected better service recovery. I walked over to the 'real' service area to ask a question about my energy monitor, what the colors on the screen indicated & why I could not find any information in my Prius manual & Curt told me just to not pay any attention to it. He continued to work at his desk while I asked for further explanation. A technician overheard our conversation & my frustration with Curt's answer & he intervened with a plausible answer, speaking directly to me & was interested in my understanding & acceptance of the answer. I am planning on buying another Prius soon, but I am really concerned over service here at this dealership. It used to be superb! Service does not just mean the task being performed, as much as it is the communication, interaction & satifaction given to the customer at the point of that service. More
