He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.

Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Pat was a pleasure to work with when buying my very first new car. I am active duty and was willing to travel to get my car, if it was financially feasible. I searched across the country, and Pat got me the best deal on the Highlander I wanted, in the color I wanted, and it was well worth the travel. I travelled 1400 miles to pick up my car and all of the invoice numbers were accurate with no hidden surprises and their delivery was timely. Pat ensured that I got a GREAT price on my new Highlander Hybrid and I have sent all of my siblings and friends to him as well, even some from out of state. Pat and his people demonstrated commanding knowledgeable of the vehicle, it’s options, and the accompanying technologies. Because they were able to answer every question I had about financing, warranty, vehicle maintenance, options, they made me very comfortable with my purchase, and did so all without any pushiness or pressure whatsoever. When pricing my vehicle, he went through every item, line-by-line, and ensured all questions were answered. He also ensured that I did not get charged sales tax by the wrong state. I can honestly say that my experience with Pat and Jack Safro was beyond top-notch…it was perfect, better than I could have asked for, and it sets a very high standard for anyone else to live up to. I will continue purchasing my vehicles from Pat, no matter how far away I am within the continental US. When making such a high-value purchase, it is important to me that I am able to work with someone that I trust and this dealership inspires trust by doing business the way they did with me. More

This was my third car purchased at Jack Safro. After my first purchase of a 2005 Camry I was hooked. I then purchased a 2010 Camry but my awesome car salesman Pat Dukett knew I had my heart set on a Solar first purchase of a 2005 Camry I was hooked. I then purchased a 2010 Camry but my awesome car salesman Pat Dukett knew I had my heart set on a Solara convertible. So this past spring he called to tell me there was one on the lot. I traded in my Camry for what I think is the best car that I have ever owned. Everyone at Safro is always very friendly. Pat goes above and beyond and that is why myself and everyone else in my family own Toyota cars from him. Anytime there is a holiday my driveway looks like a Toyota dealership . No dealership or salesperson compare to Pat and Jack Safro!!!! More
