I recently purchased a truck at Jack Saffro. The team there was friendly and patient answering endless questions. During the test drive we had some issues with the power windows, but when we got back to there was friendly and patient answering endless questions. Mary reassured me that if there were any problems with the truck after the sale, they would fix it or let me bring it to a more convenient location to be repaired and either pay that repair shop directly or reimburse me. When we got home with the truck, we continued to have issues with the windows. I notified Jack Saffro and they told me to bring it in for repairs and they would reimburse me. I honestly thought that it would take months to be reimbursed if it ever happened. We faxed the repair order from the repair shop and two days later I received the check in the mail. The team at Jack Saffro stands by their word to deliver the best used car buying experience you could imagine. They really take care of you and listen to what you want. The finance department also worked really hard to find me the best loan possible. I would absolutely buy from them again! More

This was the smoothest new car deal! I told Steve what I wanted and he literally had the car sitting out front waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership.
