She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of for me and the service department performed quickly and very effectively. My 2019 Camry is running better than ever. Kevin Rhiel, Sales Consultant was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and sensitive to my needs and decisions on whether or not to purchase or lease a new vehicle as the lease on the Camry will be maturing in May of this year. I wish to compliment Daniel Erickson on his efforts to help me solve a problem that, as it turned out was not a service issue, but a factory installment decision. Still, he knew this issue was a concern of mine and followed up several times to see if the issue was being dealt with by others at the dealership. I really appreciated his efforts on my behalf. I am not pleased by the decision Toyota has made to not install Navigation systems on some of it's vehicles, despite highlighting the Navigation system on it's website, but this was new information for everyone I worked with at this dealership. I hope that a solution will be found. Meanwhile, I was very impressed by the courtesy and concern Daniel extended to me. More
