I couldn’t have had a better experience. An email let me know my car was due for service. It was very easy to make an appointment at a time that was very convenient for me. He addressed my concerns, brought up the Home Screen on the car, answered questions and communicated through out the service appointment. We have always taken our Toyotas to the dealer for service.
