I had a vehicle I wanted to sell, she promptly reached out to me and offered to have their appraiser look at it and provid car-selling process to me. Upon arrival she introduced herself and described the appraisal process thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. I was satisfied with the entire process and it didn't take as long as I expected which was nice. The appraiser made an offer for my vehicle which was satisfactory to me, I accepted and she went over the transaction paperwork and answered my questions. No complaints or concerns about Ericka or the overall process. More

Took my vehicle in to get service at Toyota of Brookfield and the process was great.
