Stopped in for a simple headlight change. Was initially told it would cost approximately $75 but Mary Lou checked with John and they took care of replacing it without sending it to labor. Brought our 2006 Rav4 in for service. Had my 19yr old son bring the vehicle in for a scheduled appointment. Assistant Service Manager, Mike Wemmer, was ridiculously unprofessional. His tone & unwillingness t bring the vehicle in for a scheduled appointment. Assistant Service Manager, Mike Wemmer, was ridiculously unprofessional. His tone & unwillingness to be helpful was unsatisfactory. When my son asked for direction a few times, Mike responded, while walking away, with "for the third time.." as though my son was taking up his time. If Mike wasn't in the mood to help he could have easily directed my son to another service advisor from the get go. Problem is that he easily was happy & laughing with the female customer next in line. Treat all customers with the same respect. Mike also hasn't returned my phone call to discuss this matter. Curtis Olson was the second service advisor to help my son & was outstanding. Very professional & helpful. Am in the market for a new vehicle & was considering this dealership. Not any more. More
