called Saturday and Spencer was cool. Wanted me to come in and get a trade estimate. Told him I was looking at a certain truck on their website (still currently on there). They called bac Wanted me to come in and get a trade estimate. Told him I was looking at a certain truck on their website (still currently on there). They called back to set an appt and was kinda pushy and said he’d have the truck on hold. Told him it was hard driving up from Hays County to Cedar Park. I get there and Spencer f^@&ed me off to someone else and didn’t even come out to greet me. Then I waited well after my appointment time and met a new sales person. This kid was super nice and understanding, but then told me out of the dozen or so trucks they had only about 4 were available for sale and he had never even seen the one I was supposed to have on hold. Super unprofessional staff and policies. Super inconsiderate to waste someone’s gas and time. More
