i made an appointment for 11:00am. I arrived early at 10:30am. My vehicle was not touched until around 1:30pm. I was not advised of anything until I inquired about status. Obviously, the appointment time is meaningless and just a time to be there to get in line for an available mechanic. I believe this is in the nature of false advertising. If I had known that it was going to be 1:30 I could have made better use of my time while in the area. I live 90 minutes from the dealership and could have gone to Costco, for example. I go to Toyota for work on the Van because it is a wheelchair accessible vehicle and I want to keep it in top condition by a service department that knows Toyotas. I cannot make it there any earlier because of caretaker schedules. More

I had an excellent experience with Toyota of Cedar Park. Roc, was friendly and very helpful and didn't mind that I refused to wear a mask. Madi, the finance person was a pleasure to work with.
