The customer service was amazing; it was extremely clear that customer experience was the absolute priority. Their dealership was packed with customers, letting me know that this was a trusty worthy place. After everything was said and done, they stuck to their word and did not try to surprise us with extra fees and ensured we had the best deal. Mario provided excellent service. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. A day after having my truck serviced I noticed the antenna was missing. I went back to Mario, explained what happened knowledgeable, and respectful. A day after having my truck serviced I noticed the antenna was missing. I went back to Mario, explained what happened and he wasted no time in getting another antenna. He could’ve simply handed the antenna to me, to put on.
