Went in for complementary 10k service. They didn't even attempt to clean vehicle as they'd advertised, took over an hour to change the oil and rotate tires, then charged me $53 for a cabin air filter tha attempt to clean vehicle as they'd advertised, took over an hour to change the oil and rotate tires, then charged me $53 for a cabin air filter that costs $10 on Amazon and takes literally less than a minute to install. I was there for an oil change and they had me waiting for over two hours after quoting me a much shorter time. My car has always been cleaned and vacuumed as well and they decided they no longer need to do t over two hours after quoting me a much shorter time.
