Very poor service! I checked in ahead of my schedule Very poor service! I checked in ahead of my schedule time of 10 AM, for an oil change and a tire rotation. I received a video from my technician show Very poor service! I checked in ahead of my schedule time of 10 AM, for an oil change and a tire rotation. I received a video from my technician showing that almost everything was OK, however he suggested a brake fluid change in a power steering change in a cabin filter replacement, and said my service advisor would come and talk to me about it after waiting an additional 30 minutes I checked in at the service desk and was told my service advisor went to lunch. I okayed the work to be done and went back to the lobby. After another 15 minutes I looked and saw my vehicle parked out front and again checked in at the service desk. I was told the work had not been done but they would pull it back in and complete the work. No thanks I said I’m finished. Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil Change in tire rotation. Terrible service, and no communication. More
