Certified 2015 Camry I Googled for the exact car I wanted. Came across Toyota of Cedar Park website. I showed interest in a the car I wanted. (Mind you I did this with about 5 other websites) Emily Guzman from Toyota Cedar Park reached out within minutes. I could not talk on the phone due to being at work. Emily was patient with me and took all my information down through email. We had close to 10 emails back and fourth. We scheduled a time to meet that same evening. The car I wanted literally had nothing wrong for me to walk away. The staff was great. Emily allowed me to get drinks and snacks and charged it to her own account. Less than 3 hours later I was driving home with my new car. Emily Guzman reached out several times to check on me later that week. Helped me schedule a new tint for the car. I highly recommend this dealership. It is brand new and beautiful and built with the customer in mind. The price was great as well. You will not be disappointed. Just ask for EMILY. More

Poor Service and Untrained Sales People I was offered an excellent deal as an online special and was emailed about it. However, once I get to the dealership and after 3 full hrs of going bac I was offered an excellent deal as an online special and was emailed about it. However, once I get to the dealership and after 3 full hrs of going back and forth at all levels. This is what I gathered. ..Salesperson Amber Imperial quoted a low price possibly as bait and it worked really well for the dealership. My life would have been much easier if the Amber confessed that she lied to me when there was no way she could have offered me the car at such low price. Her Manager, Raul, made it even worse by misquoting the numbers and flat out lying to me and possibly the finance mgr, John Torres. I realized what has transpired during that time and decided to take it to the sales director. He was nice to me and ofcourse did not stand by the price. I have left with this Yukky feeling in my mind to see how low people go to get the deal. I was totally disappointed in the dealership's training. Bottomline -- They did not honor the offer they agreed. I have the emails/msgs to prove. Hope they train their people well. ..Gautham Varakantham More
